The next painting in the series. Trying to get enough contrast between spring and summer has been giving me difficulty, but I'm liking the way it's looking.

Start of a new Painting

Back in August I posted some sketches for my new "Moany and Lalla's" series "Nighttime for the Woodsman" I finally got around to starting on painting and took a bunch of pics of the process. Here are the first few.

copper Faux Finish for Master Bath Ceiling

I finished up the ceiling. It was a pretty quick job. It turned out great.

I started a faux for a master bath ceiling. It is going to have a copper finish. Here are some pics of the first couple of passes.

I finished up the underwater mural a few days back. I'm just getting around to putting up the pics. I think it turned out great. I love the killer whale.

I started another mural of underwater life today. I drew it out and got started on the killer whale.

Shiraz Menus

Did some more work for the Shiraz on Hurstbourne. I did two menu boards. The large one is done in pastels, the smaller one towards the back is painted.

I finished a boy's bathroom recently. It has an underwater theme as you can see.

Faux Finishing Samples

Another Faux finishing sample. This time it is red leather. Sorry the samples aren't photographing that well.

I've been working on faux finishing samples lately. I did a few variations for a barrel ceiling with a metallic copper look.

Dogs Playing Poker Mural
